PHOTO FLASH: Noche de estreno de 'Grease' en el Coliseum

Anoche se estrenó oficialmente el musical 'Grease' en el Teatro Coliseum de la Gran Vía madrileña, protagonizado por Edurne en el papel de Sandy y Jordi Coll en el papel de Danny Zucko. A este evento acudieron caras conocidas como Beatriz Rico, Antonio Najarro, Belinda Washington, Borja Voces, Adrián Lastra, David Carrillo o Malena Gracia.

Grease cuenta con la dirección musical de Manu Guix y está dirigido y coreografiado por Coco Comín. Este es uno de los musicales de mayor éxito de la historia y llega al Teatro Arteria Coliseum con un montaje que apuesta por la calidad y la espectacularidad, con 33 artistas sobre el escenario. Más de 83.000 espectadores han visto ya este espectáculo musical en el tiempo que ha estado en Barcelona, algo que lo ha convertido en el musical más visto en Cataluña en un tiempo récord.

Algunas de las canciones de Grease se han convertido ya en clásicos. Temas como “Summer nights” o “You’re the one that I want” fueron número 1 de las listas inglesas en 1978 y “Hopelessly Devoted to you” fue nominada al Oscar en 1979.

He was born in Zarzalejo, Madrid (1983). He studied Medicine in Universidad Complutense, and he's always been an avid theater-goer, specially musical theatre. He's attended all the shows he's been able to in Madrid and Barcelona, and from the first time he visited Broadway he wanted to know everything about this world. Soon after he started the first website in spanish dedicated to musical theatre, Palco5.com, along with a great team filled with people who share a great admiration for musicals. From 2007 they've covered all the events, news, and Palco5 has become very well known among the national artists. Working in BWW, letting users from all countries know about spanish scene, is a great joy for him.
